I have built advisory practices dedicated to outstanding service, so I truly understand what it takes to create strong client outcomes. I know that the client is best served when the firm trusts and empowers the advisor to deliver. As one of the first to join &Partners, I’m excited about the opportunity to build a firm where the sanctity of the advisor-client relationship is respected. Prior to &Partners, I spent two decades at Edward Jones, where I held various leadership roles. Most recently, I led Branch Team Performance as a general partner and was responsible for the training, coaching and consulting functions, which supported over 18,000 branch teams. I’m excited to be at &Partners and to have a hand in creating the advisory firm of the future.
